Since the city's beginning in 1801 we have grown from an agricultural/livestock community into a blend of residential and commercial. With a population of approximately 25,000, Lebanon has maintained its small town charm. Located just minutes from Nashville on I-40, its convenient location has contributed to a strong industrial base and a thriving economy. Lebanon is known as the home to the headquarters of Cracker Barrel Ole Country Stores, and Cumberland University. It is also home to large distribution centers for Genesco and Bridgestone.

Lebanon TN Has excellent shopping and dining can be found here as well. On and near the Town Square are some of the best antique shops in Tennessee. Not far from the square is Prime Outlets Mall, projections of over 2 million visitors per year. The City has many family and national chain restaurants, including O'Charleys, Applebee's, Chili's and its own Sunset, and Chop House.

Five Oaks Golf & Country Club Listings For Sale is a 506-acre community that lies in the scenic countryside off Highway-70 in Lebanon, Tennessee and comes complete with an 18-hole golf course, a 21,000-square-foot clubhouse and 450 residential development lots. Five Oaks offers a lifestyle seldom realized anywhere else. The community features relaxed, comfortable living in a well secured and well maintained setting.
Residential restrictions guarantee the peace and quiet one would expect from a community of this quality. All underground utilities, including water, sewer, natural gas, communications, and cable television, along with curbed streets and appropriately maintained green way spaces help insure the beauty and tranquility of the community and also encourage the appreciation of property values.
While particulars are important and contribute significantly to life within Five Oaks, there are also other consideration and amenities, such as the magnificent clubhouse facility, dining room, 18-hole championship golf course, tennis center, and club swimming pool.
The neighborhoods at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club are defined by a system of greenways, playing fields, parks, and squares, comprising approximately 800 acres in total. This open space system is shaped by the existing streams on the site and is gradated for different intensities of human use, from the mostly undisturbed nature corridor to the most urbanized town square. The road network also corresponds to the variations in the site's topography.
Street intersections at Five Oaks meet at triangular greens or acute angles in order to avoid massive re-grading and the unnecessary removal of mature trees. Additional ‘pocket parks' and open spaces are distributed throughout the plan, and bicycle and equestrian trails wind through the greenway.

Living on a Golf course just got better, here at Five Oaks, not only will your home back up to the fairways, greens and/or tee boxes, your home will become a part of this beautiful make up our designer had in mind. All of our Golf Course lots range in size from 3/4 acre to 1 acre. The make up is different on everyone offering gorgeous mature trees, views of the scenic ponds and other features.
These lots have so much to offer to everyone. For Golf Course lots the residence shall contain not less than 3,200 square feet of living space on a one-story residence, excluding porches garages patios and terraces. A two-story residence shall contain not less than 3,200 square feet with a minimum of 2,000 square feet on the ground floor excluding porches, garages, patios and terraces.
A housing alternative is a 56-unit complex called The Villas at Five Oaks. Each upscale unit features a European country cottage theme. "The Villas are situated between the 7th, 8th and 9th holes, and open up to great views of the small lake they sit on," says Champ Webb, architectural designer.
